Everyone has had a favorite or great horse in their lives. I have been fortunate to
have had several horses such as Gin Smokee. I was told he wasn't worth the time to
put a saddle on. At age 13 he was 1988 AQHA High Point Working Cow Horse Stallion
in the Nation 3rd overall Cow Horse, 8th in Reining earning points in 5 events,
13 AQHA All-Arounds, 27 State Championships, 2 saddles and taught me so much
about training and patience.
